Nancy Shaw received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology and Master of Science degree in Development and Family Studies from UNT. Before coming to UNT’s Engineering Advising Office, she worked as a mental health/mental retardation professional, social worker, and advisor for UNT’s Arts and Sciences Advising Office.

Nicole D'Alesandro received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from the University of Texas at Arlington and then completed a Master of Science degree in Community Counseling and a Master of Science degree in School Counseling from Winona State University. Before coming to UNT's Engineering Advising Office, she worked as a school counselor for the Houston Public Schools and a counselor and adjunct professor of Development Psychology at Western Technical College. Currently, she is pursuing her Doctoral degree in Higher Education at UNT.

Virginia Fisher received her Bachelor of Science degree in Interdisciplinary Studies from Texas A&M University. Before joining UNT's Engineering Advising Office, she interned at Texas A&M University under the Office of the Dean of Student Life, fulfilled her student teaching with Frisco ISD, and worked for A&M's Psychology department.
